Last workout of my second full week of training and I did a biceps-focused workout that included heavy cheat curls, standing curls, one-armed preacher curls, and alternating cross-body curls.
Since my CNS is still not strong enough to handle training three muscle groups within the same workout, I have to prioritize what I want to train, so I ended up starting my workout with heavy deadlifts and heavy seated cable rows first before jumping into a very tough biceps-focused workout.
I almost didn’t workout this morning because I kept waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to go back to sleep right away. I felt like my sleep got effected, which is never good for recovery, or hormone production.
But, I worked out regardless because I’ve made the decision, at this point, to keep up with my workouts no matter what. My motivation level is still very high and putting myself out there like this, letting everybody know what my fitness goals are, is actually pushing me to want to follow through and get the job done to build that dream physique that is even better than the ‘trainer shape’ that I was in over ten years ago.
We also discussed Mr. Natural Olympia, Paul Kreuger, and why I plan to stay natural throughout this whole process. We also talked about Novak Djokovic, this whole Australian Open debacle, and why this covid madness in Australia has to stop.
Call in and leave a voicemail at 917-267-8590 to tell me I’m a fat-ass.
Come hang out and let’s get yoked!
Have a great weekend,
