Is 5G Bad For Your T Levels?

Is 5G bad for your T levels? I’m going to make this is as simple and straightforward as possible. It’s highly likely that it is, yes.

As a bodybuilder who’s not on gear, I’m always on the lookout for what could be negatively effecting my naturally-occurring testosterone levels and after seeing this map of how 5G has been rolled out across the United States and the world starting in 2020, it made me wonder how I’m being effected.

Especially since there are many people and organizations who have been sounding the alarm bells over cell phone radiation, like 4G and now 5G for years.

In 2020, scientists sued the FCC for dismissing studies linking cell phone radiation to cancer and other ill health effects, such as, “damage to reproductive organs.”

The EWG (Environmental Working Group) is currently collecting signatures to petition lawmakers and the FCC to take action on updating outdated and unsafe federal regulations on cell phone radiation, citing recent studies that show exposure “can harm male fertility.”

The Physicians For Safe Technology have compiled a list of resources regarding how EMF (electro-magnetic fields), including 5G, have harmful human oxidative effects, nervous system effects, reproductive health effects, prenatal effects and even negative effects on plants and bacteria.

Dr. Martin Pall, who has studied and written extensively on the effects of Wi-Fi on human health, says exposure to Wi-Fi EMF’s cause sperm and testicular oxidative damage and hormone change.

EMF and 5G have actually been on my radar for a while, ever since it was proven years ago that a simple act like putting your mobile phone in your pocket for safekeeping lowers sperm viability and motility.

And even more recently, a study done by Korean scientists found that cell phone usage in general lowers sperm viability, motility, and concentration.

But, the question now becomes, does lowered sperm viability mean lowered T levels?

My common sense tells me that the answer is yes, but there’s scientific basis for this as well.

There was a study done on long-term low frequency EMF exposure (around 50 Hz) on male rats and the results showed that this type of exposure did, in fact, lower both sperm motility and testosterone levels due to possible “structural and functional changes of the male testes.”

Why your balls are particularly susceptible to harmful 4G and 5G EMF’s

The craziest part of all of this is that the U.S. government has known about the harmful effects of microwave radiation since 1972.

U.S. Naval Medical Research declassified documents reveal that the symptoms of ‘microwave radiation’ include, “hypogonadism (usually decreased testosterone production)” along with other endocrine gland changes like, “altered pituitary function, hyperthyroidism, thyroid enlargement, altered adrenal cortex activity” among other deleterious effects (p. 10).

And those are just the endocrine-related symptoms. There are many other harmful health effects listed in the report, including genetic and chromosomal changes as well as metabolic disorders, like “altered carbohydrate metabolism,” which opens up a whole new can of worms, but for the purposes of this post, we’re going to stick to the effects of microwave radiation on our T levels.

But, what does microwave radiation have to do with my Wi-Fi signal in my house?

Well, a 4G Wi-Fi signal uses the same radio frequency as our microwave does, namely, 2.4 GHz.

Microwaves are safer than Wi-Fi because they send radio frequency waves unidirectionally toward the center of the microwave within a protective faraday cage, if it’s a good one, while your Wi-Fi router sends signal everywhere with no protection whatsoever.

While Wi-Fi is actually a form of microwave radiation, it won’t cook us like a microwave would, however, 2,4 GHz of omnidirectional microwave radiation could still be exposing us to unnecessary harm, especially when it comes to our T levels and fertility.

The FDA’s own report on Microwave Oven Radiation even acknowledges that, “two areas of the body, the eyes and the testes, are particularly vulnerable to RF heating because there is relatively little blood flow in them to carry away excess heat.”

Now, let’s put this in the right perspective. If 2.4 GHz microwave radiation has the potential to be harmful to human health, then what about the 3.3-4.2 GHz our routers are now spewing out due to 5G?

Now, think about your neighbor’s Wi-Fi router and your other neighbor’s Wi-Fi router on the other side and the compounding effect of this overlapping microwave radiation on our balls.

And that’s not even taking into account all of the other Wi-Fi-enabled devices and other appliances (e.g. Smart meters) that we use and are exposed to on a daily basis that also emit EMF’s.

And for what? An additional fraction of a second faster internet connection?

Anecdotal evidence also points to the harmful effects of 5G microwave radiation

Have you ever turned your Wi-Fi off at night, just to see if you noticed a difference? I have and was amazed at how much better I felt with the Wi-Fi off. The slight headache and dizziness I had immediately went away and my sinuses cleared up. My eyes also stopped hurting and oddly, my balls felt cooler and started to plump. Try it.

Have you ever noticed that your eyes tend to hurt a lot when looking at your smart phone or computer, even after only a few minutes? This may be due to the microwave radiation you’re being exposed to rather than the computer tan you’re getting from looking at your screen for too long.

Have you ever sat close to a Wi-Fi-enabled printer and felt that brain fog, or dizziness you couldn’t quite explain? I have and as soon as I unplugged the printer, the symptoms vanished. Coincidence?

Maybe I’m just more sensitive to EMF’s than most people, but I noticed a huge difference when I started paying closer attention to how I’m feeling when being exposed to Wi-Fi radiation as opposed to when I’m not.

We are reaching a point where EMF and microwave radiation protection products are quickly becoming a cottage industry, which should tell you something about the size of the market that is seeking out these types of solutions.

The single most important thing you can do to protect your balls from 5G

I think we’ve established that our T levels and ability to produce optimal amounts of sperm are in jeopardy as a result of 4G and 5G Wi-Fi technology.

Who knows? Maybe the unprecedented drop in global sperm counts are at least partly the result of Wi-Fi microwave radiation on our balls.

We’re at the same point the tobacco industry was back in the 1950’s before people understood the dangers of smoking.

Now, of course, years later, there are Surgeon General’s warnings on every pack of cigarettes, but it took us years to get to that point.

I believe that the internet service and cell phone industry will also have to face increased scrutiny for failing to alert the general public about the dangers of unregulated Wi-Fi exposure on adults and young people, the consequences of which we don’t yet fully comprehend, but who knows how long that will take.

In the meantime, there is something you can do right now to drastically reduce the amount of 5G microwave radiation you’re being exposed to.

And that is to put a makeshift faraday cage over your Wi-Fi router ASAP.

Head over to Walmart, go to the ‘Stationary’ section and grab yourself one of those wire mesh desk organizers you put papers in. Mine was a ‘magazine holder’ that cost me all of $9 dollars.

I guess you could also make one out of cut squares of aluminum insect screen from Home Depot held together with zip ties, if you want to go that route.

I found that the ‘signal tamers’ and faraday cages for your router that they sell on Amazon are way overpriced for what they are and most likely completely unnecessary when you consider that you can DIY one for way cheaper.

Like I said, I would consider myself sensitive to Wi-Fi microwave radiation and EMF in general and I immediately noticed fewer symptoms of ‘microwave radiation sickness,’ i.e. dry, stinging eyes, headaches and dizziness, fatigue and my balls feeling hot when I put this makeshift faraday cage over my router.

I’ve found that there are also some other things you can do very cheaply to further reduce your EMF exposure, but that’s for another post.
