2nd Week Of Training Begins, More Covid Insanity, Transgender Swimmers, Jake Paul Tyron Woodley

This covid insanity must end. Other than that, It feels good, man. Second week of training began today. I woke up at 5: 30 AM and smashed it. I feel leaner, despite my weight staying at around 215 and I’m stronger on my lifts as well, which is odd because you’re not supposed to add muscle on a deficit.

Worked on upper chest, triceps, and finished off with some core work. Inclined bench press and dumbbell flyes on the flat bench for chest, dips and heavy pushdowns on the cable station for triceps. For core, I did mountain climbers and alternating scissors on my back.

Then, we discussed the covid insanity, with the new push for more vaccines, despite zero evidence that they do anything to help you and touched on some other topics, like transgender swimmers and the Jake Paul Tyron Woodley rematch.

Oh, I forgot. We also talked about Chris Bumstead’s bout with covid, which was more like a tussle. He posted a video on his channel about his experience, which was similar to mine, down to losing quite a bit of weight as well as his sense of taste and smell.

God bless,
